This is the base martial art of our dojo. This is strictly a self defense martial art and is not for competition. Our martial art also has a blend of Modern Ninjutsu, Combative Judo, Short Circle Aikido, Krav Maga and Karate blended into the art for a very dynamic and effective blend. We also blend several select techniques from Eskrima, Kali, JKD, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and ROSS (Russian Martial Arts). We teach standing and ground grappling, small joint manipulation (wrist locks and finger locks). These are very effective in self defense. We teach throwing and locking on the ground, various striking methods, weapons disarms and weapon retention, edged weapon defenses, evasion with various foot work and movement to defend against punches and kicks, and various pressure point strikes and other techniques that help in escaping grabs. We also teach counters to common joint locks a the black belt level. This is a well-suited mixed martial art for adults wanting to learn effective self-defense and a real-world martial art that is much more than just punching and kicking. There are many weapon defenses and real-life scenario training.
