This is regarding Adam Snipes from Kentucky who holds a brown belt in Manabi-Masho Ju-Jitsu under the old Federation and was a former student under Professor Casarez. Snipes was also a student of GM Allen Wilson in Tang Soo Do. Snipes was a part time student of Professor Casarez in the early 90's. Snipes does hold other black belts in other styles but is only a brown belt in Manabi-Masho Ju-Jitsu. Snipes has only 26 years in martial arts and does not have the time in required to be a 10th Dan. He is not recognized as any Manabi-Masho Ju-Jitsu rank by the new Federation, The Casarez Manabi-Masho Ju-Jitsu Federation. Snipes claims he has been promoted to 10th Dan in his own system by Professor Casarez. Professor Casarez is retired and in very poor health and is no longer in charge of any system. Snipes either bribed him or lied to him to sign a premade rank certificate and a premade founders certificate. It stated he is 10th degree black belt and founder of his own system. After talking to Professor Casarez himself he said he didn't rank him to 10th degree and was unaware of what he signed due to his very poor eyesight. Snipes took advantage of Professor Casarez with his dementia, bad eyesight and poor health to get a 10th dan rank and founders certificate. As the new Soke of Casarez Manabi-Masho Ju-Jitsu I do not recognize Snipes's rank or his martial art system. GM Allen Wilson 9th Dan Manabi-Masho Ju-Jitsu has also refused to recognize his rank and founder statas. Professor Casarez has no authority to rank him in his own art.
